I loved the convenient shuttle service to and from this hotel. The Onsen facilities were amazing, both indoor and outdoor. The meals were delicious and served in an impressive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Absolutely nothing.

We stayed in a hotel located conveniently near a train station, and there were numerous convenience stores nearby. The room and bathroom were small yet comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty with both Japanese and Western dishes provided. The onsen was a great place to relax after a long day exploring the city. the shuttle service to nearby events was impressive and much appreciated.
The lobby frequently became overcrowded with people, making it difficult to move around and causing long wait times for elevators.

The staff friendliness, well-maintained room, interactive facilities, soft boiled onsen egg, recreation area.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hot springs were truly enjoyable and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The local food served at the hotel was delicious and a great representation of the region's cuisine. The shuttle bus service was convenient and timely.
The room was smaller than expected and felt a bit cramped. The bathroom was cramped and could use some updates.

We had a lovely Christmas at this traditional Japanese hotel. The hot spring baths were a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby scenic spots to explore. The meals were also delicious, with fresh and flavorful regional cuisine, and the atmosphere of the dining areas was very enjoyable.
The portion sizes of the food could be improved, as some dishes felt too small. the lack of internet access in the rooms was a bit inconvenient.
